Being vulnerable is so hard but important, and OBO is all about facing the real life problems with real life truth and hope. That’s why I’m sharing about my own journey through depression and food sensitivities. These topics are hard and not fun, but important. I’m sure there are others of you that have dealt and are dealing with these two topics. So, get comfy and get ready for some honesty but, ultimately, hope.
We love you guys!!
