Oh Beloved One started out as a bimonthly newsletter. I have been so excited to watch this little side hustle grow; over quarantine, we launched some stickers and printable. Over the years, we’ve dabbled in sweatshirts and other items.
But, finally, I bit the bullet and launched our Pray Journal. Already, this little book has changed lives. It has helped me become more consistent in my prayer life and have a physical aspect of that element of our Christian faith.
And now, these prayer totes. I feel like I’m making a statement every time I go out holding them. Their bright, bold colors match their bright, bold message: Rise Up & Pray and Constant in Prayer.
When I was little, I waffled amongst several occupations: detective, ballerina, horse trainer, fashion designer. Well, thanks for helping me make fashion designer a reality!
Two years ago, I felt called into the ministry. I didn’t know how, though. My life had been turned upside down; I was ashamed and humbled and rejected. And yet God took me by the hand and asked me to believe that I hadn’t been broken, but instead saved and moved along a different, better path.
I dreamed of using my art and writing for God. That’s the simplest way to put it. And, because of Oh Beloved One, I get to do that on a daily basis.
Nothing could be sweeter. I am truly living out my purpose.
Thank you, heavenly father.
These bags were designed by me; the art was hand drawn with ink and digitized while watching Thor. Hey, you wanted behind the scenes, right? lol
